Terms of Service

By enrolling in a Praxler course or using our platform, you are agreeing to these terms. We want to keep our community focused, respectful, and dedicated to learning.

1. Account Usage & Security

Your Praxler account is strictly for your personal use. Because our materials are highly specialized, sharing your login credentials, Q-Bank access, or live class links with others is not permitted. If we detect multiple users accessing a single account, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without a refund.

2. Live Class Etiquette

Our live USMLE, PLAB, and language sessions rely on active, respectful participation. We ask that you arrive on time, keep your microphone muted when not speaking, and treat your tutors and peers with professional courtesy. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Intellectual Property

We work incredibly hard to create our mock OSCE stations, USMLE notes, and practice questions. All content provided by Praxler remains our intellectual property. You may not record live sessions, screenshot Q-banks for public distribution, or resell our materials. Doing so is a direct violation of our terms and will result in immediate removal from the program.

Refunds & Cancellations

We limit our class sizes to ensure every student gets the attention they deserve. Because of this, and the immediate nature of our digital resources, our refund policies are strict but fair.

1. Digital Products & Q-Banks

Once you have logged into the platform and accessed our digital materials (such as the USMLE Q-Bank, recorded lectures, or study notes), your purchase becomes non-refundable. By accessing the content, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund.

2. Live Courses & Bootcamps

If you enroll in a live 12-week program or a PLAB 2 weekend mastery track, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the course start date. Once the course has started, we do not offer refunds, even if you are unable to attend all sessions. However, we do provide recordings of missed sessions where applicable.

3. Mock Exams & 1-on-1 Sessions

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booked Mock Session or 1-on-1 tutoring slot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund, as that time was exclusively reserved for you by our clinical educators.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect the information we absolutely need to help you pass your exams and improve our platform.

1. What We Collect

When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and professional background (e.g., your current medical qualifications). As you use the platform, we track your mock exam scores and Q-Bank performance data so our tutors can provide targeted feedback and study plans.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for educational and administrative purposes. We do not, and will never, sell your personal information or contact details to third-party marketers or advertisers.

3. Payment Processing

We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. All transactions are handled securely through our verified, industry-standard third-party payment processors.

4. Communications

By enrolling, you agree to receive emails regarding your course schedules, platform updates, and occasional academic resources. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time.
