Praxler didn’t start in a corporate boardroom or a tech incubator; it began on the hospital wards and in the quiet library corners where we, as practicing medical professionals, spent our own nights studying for the exams that would define our lives. We realized that the road to qualifying—whether you are tackling the USMLE, navigating the PLAB, or perfecting your medical English for IELTS and OET—has become unnecessarily expensive and heavy with resources that focus on memorizing facts rather than actually understanding them.
